Reducing Consumptiveness Providing local, sustainable, organic food Maximizing non-disposable service ware Not providing unnecessary conference souvenirs Placing additional recycling stations around conference Minimizing paper use with online resources 3. Creating a Sustainability Legacy Fostering general knowledge about sustainability issues Encouraging MEEC 2011 to meet and exceed MEEC 2010’s efforts!
