Presentation Guidelines

Because of extreme costs related to presentation easels, oral presentations are preferred over poster presentations.  This is not to say that one cannot give a poster, just that posters cost MEEC close to $30 per poster whereas space for an oral presentation is free!  Please consider this when submitting your abstract. 

Oral Presentations

* Speakers will have 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions
* Microsoft Powerpoint will the the only supported format available for presentations
* Presentations must be submitted on a CD
* Presentations must be submitted to the moderator 20 min prior to your assigned session

Poster Presentations

* Presenters will be provided with information regarding their poster location at on-site check-in
* Poster size is limited to 3 X 4 feet (Note: this has recently changed from 4 X 5)

* Presenters are responsible for bringing push-pins for their posters
