***Ohio University Inn is one of the "co-sponsors" and the preferred hotel of MEEC 2008. Room rates at the OU Inn will be cheaper for MEEC 2008 participants than rates at Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and Amerihost Suites. In addition, the OU Inn is the only hotel within walking distance to the conference events at The Baker Center; students who participate in the mixers held at the hotel can return directly to their rooms after the events end. When making room reservations at OU Inn, be sure to tell them you're coming for MEEC to ensure you get the conference rate ($98.95). We encourage students to share rooms and to make reservations by February 14th, 2008. After this date, regular hotel rates will apply and our pre-reserved rooms will be released to the public. Registration Instructions:
1. Please follow the link below and click on "MEEC 2008 Registration."
2. On the following page, click on the "MEEC 2008 Registration" banner at the top of the page to begin downloading the registration file.
3. Once the ".dot" file is downloaded, fill out the form and email a copy to the corresponding MEEC 2008 representative listed on the form. An additional hard copy should be mailed with registration fees to the MEEC representative.
